Delivery Times

Please refer to our individual product pages for estimated delivery times. All our pieces are made-to- order and takes up to 14 business days to produce and deliver directly to you. In case of rush deliveries, please speak with one of our agents. We will attempt to accommodate as best we can.

Shipping information

We offer free and fully insured worldwide shipping using FedEx. Our production facilities and
shipping center are located in New York, USA. Customers may be required to pay importing
taxes/duties as dictated by the laws of your country. The buyer is solely responsible for payment of
these custom’s fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your package for a full refund or exchange. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. In order to initiate a return or exchange please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

Sending an item back

Any item you return for an exchange or refund must be returned in the original condition you received the item. Be sure to include the original packaging and the order number. Any custom jewelry will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. A refund will only be initiated once the package has been received and we have properly assessed the condition of the item. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees when sending an item back. Items may only be shipped back to us using a known shipping company that can provide a tracking number. Refunds will be credited back to the customer using the original payment method.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order, you have recently placed you must do so within 48 hours of purchasing your item.

Resizing an item

If for any reason the ring you purchased does not fit, we offer our customers one free resizing within the first 30 days of receiving the item. Please be advised all shipping costs both ways will be covered by the customer. Simply contact our support team to request a resizing of your ring. Resizing your ring can take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your package.

Warranty information

We provide free lifetime cleaning and inspection of your ring including metal re-polish and re-finish.
In addition, you get a 1-year warranty to reset your stone which includes tightening any loose gems
or diamonds.

To get started you’ll need to contact our customer service team with your order number and provide
us with an explanation of what the problem is and someone will be happy to assist you.
Please be advised we are not responsible for damaged jewelry due to wear and tear, or
repairs/alterations that were made by other jewelers.

The policy above does not substitute or replace purchasing insurance to protect your long-term
investment and does not cover all repairs or scenarios. Although we do not offer insurance, we
suggest purchasing additional insurance from an insurance company for complete peace of mind.

Accepted Payment Methods

Full payment on the item you purchase must be received by us before we will ship your jewelry. Accepted forms of payment include: All major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and bank transfers.

Packaging information

All of our orders are securely packaged for local and international shipping. Items can be gift wrapped at no extra cost. Every item you purchase comes packaged in a custom and elegant box.
